Laugh Your Light Awake is a transformational 2-hour group experience blending Laughter Therapy and Joy Breathflow. This process restores lightness, renews vitality, and deepens your connection within. Through guided laughter and playful, gentle movements, you will re-learn the language of laughter... that spontaneous, healing sound that opens the heart and softens the body. As a group, our own reactions help each other to embody this experience, and from there we can rediscover that feeling… Hello happiness, my old friend! From this rediscovered space of lightness, we will journey through the ceremony of mindful breathing, following the rhythm of joy. As you surrender and receive, your breath becomes the bridge between what was and what is... gently washing away feelings of heaviness in the body. From that space of release, you will fill every cell with new light and invite peace to rise from within. During this experience, you will: • Release layers of stress and emotional heaviness • Rebalance the nervous system through joyful expression • Awaken your inner spark and restore energetic harmony What to Bring: a throw or blanket, pillow, optional body pillow for comfort on the mat, water bottle, comfortable clothing, and an open heart. You will leave feeling grounded, glowing, and free... laughter and light resonating in every breath. And along the way, you may also find a gentle sense of connection with others walking a similar path... a shared moment of lightness within community.
